When you are working with clients, you may be teaching the most basic skills, but you can't make them feel bad about not having the knowledge. You need to check your ego at the door when working with small business users.
Are You Empathetic?
Feeling the client's pain and frustration is key to finding a great solution. Sometimes you will just need to be quiet and listen to the customer's concerns instead of worrying about your financial interest in the project.
